project? Most standard projects can be returned to you the
same day, excluding items that require design and shipping.
Q: Do you send proofs for final approval?
Yes, Your Virtual Assistant will send you a .pdf file for you to review
and comment. Everything is done electronically, so you will have your
project at the click of a mouse. You can print, save or email your
completed project at any time.
Q: Do you offer package prices if I want you to
design and print a project? Yes, Your Virtual Assistant will
give you a quote for bundled services which you can review in advance.
Q: If I want my printed materials shipped to me
next day what is the cost? The charge is calculated by UPS,
Fed-Ex, DHL or your choice of a shipping provider. We do NOT mark-up
postage, shipping or supplies purchased to complete your project. You
will receive the actual receipt for whatever items are listed on your
invoice. No hidden costs, HONEST!
Q: Do you do RUSH projects? What is the cost?
Yes, If you have a project that you need immediately, please notify Your
Virtual Assistant as soon as possible.
