How It Works
It's easy! You simply send your virtual assistant your project via
snail mail, e-mail, fax, scanned notes, scribbles on the back of an
envelope, dictation over the telephone, instant messaging or by clicking
Send E-file. With send file now, you can send any types of files even
audio tapes!
All work will be returned to you in the format you indicate. We can also
return them to you by postal mail in hard copy, on your company
stationery, on flash drive or CD. Your completed project can also be
downloaded via the internet through a secure FTP server (all files,
folders will be scanned for viruses)
Your Virtual Assistant will guide you
through the entire process of your project from beginning to end. Upon
contacting YVA for the first time, we will discuss your vision and
project details. YVA will email you a quote for the services you are
requesting. Once you sign and return the quote with your deposit, YVA
will begin working on your project immediately.
