Rates
There are a few payment options when it comes to hiring
Your Virtual Assistant, however, you only pay for what you use. All
hourly charges are billed with a one-hour minimum. The hourly rate for a
standard project is typically used if you have one or two projects that
you would like us to complete. The retainer fee is ideal if you intend
to use Your Virtual Assistant on a more consistent basis.
Standard Projects:
Hourly Charge: $25.00
Retainer: $20.00 per hour (min. 20 hrs)
Design Projects: (YVA is required to design or create your
project for you)
Hourly Charge: $30.00
Retainer: $30.00 per hour (min. 20 hrs.)
Printing Projects: All projects can be printed in quantity, the
charges are calculated to include the project hourly fee, cost of
materials and shipping preference. We do NOT add a markup to materials
or shipping, Original receipts accompany all invoices.
Bundled Projects: This service is for multiple projects and is
billed at a discounted rate. An example of bundled projects: Design a
tri-fold, 1/2 color brochure, print 200 copies and ship to client. These
services would be billed at a reduced design rate of $28.00 per hour,
add the printing cost, the materials and shipping rate for a total.
